Buryachok salad with sausage cheese

Ingredients

Boiled beets 2 pcs (large)
Sausage cheese, preferably smoked 200 g
Garlic 2-3 teeth
Salt, ground pepper taste
Mayonnaise 100-150 gr

Cooking method

  • Buryachok salad with sausage cheese
  • Boil or bake beets in a way convenient for you.
  • I cook beets in a pressure cooker, on the Steam program
  • Cool and peel the beets.
  • First, rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Cheese can be just processed, sausage. But if you take smoked sausage cheese, then the taste will be brighter and richer. But this is not for an amateur and for your taste preferences.
  • Rub the beets over the cheese. You don't need to wash the grater, the beets will do their job and perfectly clean our grater from the stumps of cheese.
  • Season with salt, add ground pepper to your liking.
  • Season with mayonnaise and mix well.
  • That's it, our salad is ready!
