I didn’t use any forms, and I didn’t even use bacon to hold the shape either, I molded the plates-bags with my hands, in the palm of my hand a bun> cake>, then squeezed my palm, thus raising the edges of the cake, turned and evened the edges, getting a deep plate-bag , the bottom is flat, the edges are high and beautifully even.
