Made for a birthday buffet.

I twisted the meat from the turkey leg into the filling, and decided that not carrots, but prunes are better combined with this. So that it was not very dry, I put finely chopped onion (raw) and finely chopped bacon between the chop and minced meat.
Cooking wrapped in foil (four rolls at once). During cooking, the bacon practically melted, which gave juiciness and light fat.

It turned out great!
