Cooking method

Cut the potatoes into thin slices and add to the meat filling.
  • Roll out 2/3 of the dough for the bottom layer. The thickness of the roll is about 0.5 cm. Put the filling and cover with 1/3 of the rolled dough. Pinch the edges around the perimeter, gently press the seam to the surface. Make a hole in the middle. Brush the top and sides of the pie with an egg.
