Ingredients

minced pork or chicken 600-700 gr.
chicken egg 3 pcs.
hard cheese (semi-hard) 100 g
bulb onions 50-70 gr.
garlic 1 tooth. (optional)
dry roll 40-50 gr.
milk (water) for soaking the roll
softened butter 2 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil for frying
chopped greens (dill, parsley) 1 tbsp. l.
salt taste

Cooking method

  • In general, almost nothing new, but delicious, very tasty.
  • Cook 2 eggs hard-boiled, soak the roll in milk or water, clean the onion and garlic.
  • Mix the minced meat with a raw egg, a squeezed bun, finely grated onion and garlic, salt to taste, mix thoroughly.
  • Rub the cheese and eggs on a fine grater, mix with butter, add finely chopped herbs if desired (I do not put it).
  • We take the minced meat in the left palm, with the right we make a depression in the minced meat, lay out the filling (I have about 1 tablespoon each), fold the cutlet, put it on a preheated frying pan (with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil), press lightly, making a semblance cakes and fry on both sides until golden brown.
