Ingredients

Green beans 300-400 gr.
Bulb onions (you can leek) 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Bacon (any favorite ham) 150 gr.
Potatoes 2 pcs. medium size
Cilantro (any other greens you wish) to taste and desire
Condiments (coriander, mint, Provencal herbs, paprika) to taste and desire
Wine vinegar 50 ml.

Everyone is mistaken in this world, my Princess, even monarchs, and especially when it comes to the happiness of their children ... Well, yes, with the long business trip of Your Personal Chef, it is quite possible that papa got excited, but then, my friend, more your fault than his ... How is it? Yes, that's how it is! Let me tell you, my dear, one of the most important secrets of excellent relationships with men - no matter, relatives or strangers, this secret always works and, knowing it, you can avoid many troubles. And the essence of the secret is simple: men, my Princess, (no matter what age, state and degree of closeness), almost all men in this world ... do not understand hints. Absolutely. Absolutely. And if you want a man to act in accordance with your desires, just voice them to him! :))) Do not hint, do not speak in riddles, do not wait for him to learn to guess your thoughts - believe me, he has much more in this world important things :))) Well, tell me, how could papa know what exactly is needed for your happiness, if you yourself still don't know what your heart wants? Yes, of course, you will tell me what papa thought about himself and about the honor of the crown, and I will tell you that no one in this world wants to make you happy anymore! You will say that you can no longer trust him, and I will tell you that it was his hands that closed around you as a lifeline when you were taking your first steps as a tiny little one ... You will say that you cannot interfere with your personal life, and I will tell you that no one else will be able to feel your pain as his own ... You will say that you were never good enough for him and rarely deserved praise, and I will tell you that everyone who knows him knows exactly how crazy he is with you proud ... And if you need it - he will destroy the kingdom, and then rebuild it; he will change the world; and, being awake on a sleepless night, he will surely figure out how to help you become happy ... So, come on, my Princess, we will prepare a dish for which it is simply impossible not to make up: fast, warm, satisfying, tasty and very masculine :) )) We will prepare a Liege salad, which will immediately remind papa of home (after all, Belgium and the Netherlands are very close), we will treat papa to them, and he will surely feel that between you there is a kind peace, mutual understanding and love, as it should be in a good family, albeit a monarch :))) Shall we start?
  • Preparation:
  • Everything is very simple, my Princess, especially if you already had a reason to boil potatoes in uniforms and carrots :))) Of course, I changed the classics somewhat, but I sincerely hope that your daddy will forgive us this liberty, because we sincerely want him please :)))
  • So, boil potatoes and carrots. Entirely. In uniforms.
  • Next is the beans. We have it frozen and we, without defrosting, just send it to a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, like this
  • Liege salad
  • Frying over medium heat, we salt the beans, pepper and season with Provencal herbs.
  • When the beans are cooked, we transfer them to the salad bowl, and put the bacon slices in the same pan.

  • and fry it until golden brown

  • As soon as the bacon is ready, we transfer it to the beans, and send the onion cut in quarter rings to the frying pan, then, when the onion is gilded, - carrots and potatoes cut into slices.
  • Slightly frying, season them with coriander, mint and paprika - you can feel the smell, Princess, I believe - papa will appreciate :)))
  • Then, transferring all this to the beans and bacon, pour 50 ml into the frying pan. wine vinegar and evaporate it enough to leave 1 tbsp. spoon, which we will pour our prepared salad. Honestly, I did it differently: I mixed a little lemon (orange) juice (well, when it was like that) with mustard and seasoned the salad like that - it turned out very tasty too :))
  • So that is all
