Meat bread with a secret

Ingredients

Minced meat 1 kg
Mashed potatoes 100 g
Fried mushrooms 100 g
Raw smoked neck, sliced 100 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Eggs 3 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Everyone has their favorite mince recipes. I traditionally cook this: for 600 g of beef - 200 g of fatty pork, 200 g of lamb, 1 onion, 3 cloves. garlic, 2 frozen celery stalks, all through a meat grinder + 1 egg, 1 tsp each. adjika, ground marjoram, thyme, coriander and fenugreek, 4 tbsp. l. cold water, 1-2 slices of white bread soaked in milk, salt to taste. And knead very well!
  • Put the minced meat in a greased bread pan and make a depression in the center:
