  • ... Soak 2/3 of the mushrooms in boiling water overnight (you can do it in a couple of hours). Grind 1/3 (in any way) to flour.
  • Peel the onion, cut it, make frying on the "Fry". We cut the rooster in portions, when the onion is fried and acquires a golden-tanned hue, put the rooster, whole mushrooms, mushroom flour, fill with mushroom infusion (almost covered the rooster), salt and put on "stewing" for 2 hours. Half an hour before readiness, we take flour, fry it in a dry frying pan until it is beige, fill it with broth from the rooster, gradually bringing to a consistency of 10% sour cream, pour the flour sauce into the rooster, mix gently and let the program end.
  • While the rooster is preparing, we make dumplings: beat two eggs with a fork with salt, oil, herbs and add so much semolina that the consistency becomes like 15% sour cream, leave it ... The semolina gradually swells and the mass thickens ... Boil water (in a slow cooker, on the stove) and boil the dumplings in boiling water, cook for about 15 minutes ... (I have 2 slow cookers, so I cooked them in the second on "Steam Boiling").
