Ingredients

Chicken drumsticks, chilled, 8 pcs 800 g
Onions, or shallottes, small 4 things
Canned tomatoes in their own juice 1 can of 800ml
Dry coriander 1/4 tsp
Garlic 3 teeth
Basil dry 1 tsp
Parsley, cilantro and basil 1/2 bundle
Sweet or hot paprika taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Remove the skin from chicken drumsticks.
  • 2. Open a can of tomatoes, take out all the tomatoes, peel them off, chop a little, add liquid from the can to a volume of 0.5 liters.
  • Mix with dry coriander and basil, taste with salt (I didn’t use the salt in the tomatoes, I didn’t add extra salt)
  • 3. Peel the onion and cut into thin quarter rings.
  • 4. Peel and finely chop the garlic with a knife.
  • 5. Put the onion on the bottom of the slowcooker bowl,
  • Put the drumsticks on the onion, sprinkle with garlic.
  • 6. Top with tomato sauce, cover and cook
  • 6 hours on LOW.
  • 7. Season the finished dish with chopped herbs and red pepper.
