Cooking method

  • Since it came to my mind to cook bean soup closer to dinner and, of course, there was no ready-made beans at home, I soaked a multi-glass of beans in two multi-glasses of water heated to 80C. for an hour.
  • At this time, I prepared the rest of the ingredients: peeled vegetables, cut onions and potatoes into cubes, grated carrots. Chopped the leg into pieces.
  • Since the child categorically refuses to eat onions in the soup, it was decided to cook as follows: she poured oil into the multicooker bowl, put onions and carrots and fried on the "Fry" program for 15 minutes. At the end of the program, I added the soaked beans, filled it with a liter of hot water and set the "Cooking / soup" program for 1 hour. An hour later, my beans were almost ready, and after setting the "Cooking / soup" program for another 30 minutes, I added a leg leg to the saucepan, at the end of the program I added chopped potatoes there, poured hot water to the desired consistency, added dried tomato and pepper and again set the "Cooking / soup" program for 30 minutes. At the end of the program, I received a wonderful tasty soup. Yes, it turned out a bit long, but if you remember that the beans were originally raw, then everything turned out very quickly.

I often use frozen greens in soups in winter than fresh or dry ones, it turns out very worthy, and the taste with dill-parsley still turns out a little brighter, I highly recommend it.

I just thought that I hadn’t cooked beans for a long time, but here is such a good recipe. My teenage girls also don’t eat greens in soup, I put them on my plate separately. Now I use parsley frozen since summer and dried dill. For my taste, parsley needs to be boiled at least a little. Everyone has their own preferences and tastes, what can you do here.
