  • If you canning, drying, drying bell peppers, then this recipe is for you. When you cut peppers, what do you do with the seeds and stalks? Are you throwing it out? And completely in vain. The largest amount of vitamins is found in the seeds and near the stalk of the pepper. And from them, as a result, a seasoning is obtained containing vitamins of group B, C, PP. It is used both for the first and second courses, and for meat and fish. The seasoning does not have a pronounced pepper flavor. She just smells ... .. summer, fresh.
  • So, having cut the peppers and having received a certain number of stalks with seeds, let's start collecting seeds. Take a sharp knife and gently scrape the seeds into a plate. Very gentle - otherwise the seeds will scatter throughout the kitchen. We cut off the partitions - we do not need them. Cut off the body of the pepper remaining near the stalk in small pieces. Here's what happens
