Ingredients

Dough:
dry yeast 7 g
wheat flour of the highest grade 50 g
water 50 g
powdered sugar 10 g
Dough:
wheat flour of the highest grade 450 g
milk 100 g
water 50 g
eggs (weight without shell) 120 g (2 pcs)
salt 9 g
powdered sugar 90 g
corn starch 10 g
butter 50 g
vanillin 0.5 g
Finishing:
yolk 1 PC
milk 1 tsp
butter 40 g
sugar 30 g
wheat flour of the highest grade 35 g

Cooking method

Custard rolls with streuselPour starch with 25 grams of milk, stir so that there are no lumps. Bring the remaining milk to a boil. Reduce heat, pour in starch diluted in milk. Warm up the mixture to 67C degrees (until thickened), cool.
