Ingredients

pressed yeast (or dry) 15 g (5 g)
wheat flour of the highest grade 410 g
serum 210 g
cottage cheese 84 g
chicken egg 29.4 g
salt 5 g
sugar 63 g
margarine 14,7 g

Cooking method

  • Mix yeast*, flour, cottage cheese**, serum***, sugar and egg. Knead for 3 minutes at first speed.
  • Roll with cottage cheese in accordance with GOST
  • Add cold margarine. Knead for 2 minutes at second speed.
  • Roll with cottage cheese in accordance with GOST
  • Add salt to the dough and knead the dough for 11 minutes at 2 speeds.
  • Roll with cottage cheese in accordance with GOST
  • Roll the finished dough into a ball.
  • Roll with cottage cheese in accordance with GOST
  • Fermentation at a temperature of 30C degrees for 90 minutes, with kneading every 30 minutes.
