Ingredients

Flour 500-550 gr
Milk + water 250 ml
Fresh yeast 35-40 g
Sugar 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 2 pcs
Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • We put the dough: mix milk, sugar, yeast and 1 tbsp. l. flour. We send to a warm place. I put the stems with warm water in the bowl for 10 minutes. (escaped a little, the yeast was good).
  • Then mix all the other ingredients (in a food processor or bread maker) and pour in the dough. Knead and leave to rise while we prepare the filling.
  • Divide into 3 parts (I put one in the freezer).
  • Spread out the dough, stretch it in a princess (grease your hands with butter), grease with ketchup, sprinkle with grated cheese (a little), spread cherry tomatoes, sweet red pepper, boiled sausage, carbonate, mayonnaise drops and grated cheese on top.
  • In the second, after ketchup and cheese, fried mushrooms with onions, cherry tomatoes, carbonate, droplet mayonnaise and cheese.
  • We bake 15-20 minutes from cold. Before the second laying of the dough, the princess cooled down a little, min 10.

Note

The mushroom pizza seemed to me even tastier than the first one.
The dough is enough for 3 pizzas in the Princess.
