I, of course, do not like it when the manufacturer releases a crude model, and even worse, when he knows about the caciques and does not modify it. But it is necessary to solve the problem and therefore worked with pens.

There was a stove, Panas 253 (everything was great with the minds of the manufacturers) gave them to their parents, they wanted to take 255, but they decided to try baguettes - (they tried ((((). To be honest, a lot did not work out, and not because of the fact that clumsy, since 1.5 years was the Panas oven and everything is perfect.

Like many here! I ran into a problem: a light crust, loud work, stuck blades, not high-quality plastic, a flimsy top cover (or rather, a cover mount) and well. etc. Grabbing a screwdriver, I tried to solve the first three problems!

And so, the blade drive mechanism (to be honest, horror) now I understand why it works noisily, well, there's nothing you can do about it. There was very little lubrication, I added, the noise remained the same.

Light crust, solved the problem so with. m photo, now what kind of crust I put this and it will be, not white even on accelerated baking. (after taking a picture, I decided to close the holes almost completely, left 8 holes on both sides)

Jamming of the shoulder blades, they are too high from the bottom of the bucket and for some reason this incomprehensible large skirt. I took the engraver and undermined the emphasis inside the blade, now it shrinks almost to the bottom, the main thing is not to overdo it, otherwise it will cling to the bottom. And so, in 10 cases, the shoulder blades got stuck only 2 times, and then, one at a time, and not both.

Only. if you bake rye on sourdough, the dough there is a little liquid, then small stains remain under the shoulder blades. But then they are baked and that's it ..
So either you have a marriage or a fake.

Do as mine (apparently left too much)! strangely somewhere the photo disappeared with a medium crust (it really baked better)
We now have a Panas 255, so there are an order of magnitude fewer holes (there are very few of them! There are only 5 small holes on the back side, I will attach a photo later)

And in the mulch, they made a whole draft, where does a normal crust come from !!!
