  • I want to share with you my favorite recipe for pizza dough.
  • This recipe stuck very much with me, the dough is delicious and the edges are airy. Suitable for both ovens with stone and ovens without stone, such as Princess and Tristar.
  • The recipe was in the recipe book from Thermomix, so I make it with knives in Thermomix, but you can knead it in a dough mixer, those are not important)
  • Put yeast and sugar in a bowl, pour in water and mix everything.

  • Next, put flour, salt, olive oil and knead the dough.
  • For TM, it is recommended 2 minutes Spikelet mode, but I set it for 3 minutes, it is also possible in a dough mixer for 3-4 minutes.

  • The dough is sticky.
  • We take a bowl and grease it with olive oil, put the dough there, having previously collected it in a ball, right in the bowl.

  • It rises well and quickly.
  • For about 1 hour, but look at the test, it should double.

  • We will have two large pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm.
  • Stretch the dough with your hands, it is very elastic and stretches well.
  • We transfer it to the Tristar oven and adjust it to the oven diameter.
  • It is very easy to work with the dough, it is malleable, like living)

  • Lubricate the dough with ground tomatoes in the actual juice.
  • Next, put the cheese, cut into pieces, then ham, mushrooms.
  • I do it without mushrooms, because children do not like them.
  • I put chopped carbonate, I also like to put smoked meat, with it the pizza turns out to be gorgeous, but that's all optional.
