Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Opara
  • Dissolve yeast in water.
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Cover and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
  • Dough
  • Mix all ingredients except salt.
  • Add salt after 5 minutes.
  • Kneading with a hook for 15 minutes.

  • Stretch-fold the dough. We put on fermentation in a warm place.
  • Fermentation for 90 minutes. Stretch-fold 1 time after 45 minutes.

Angela, I knew right away. I constantly bake only sponge bread, and I came to the conclusion that the best is obtained on a long-playing dough for 12-16 hours at 20C, with a scanty amount of yeast, in this case it is 0.3gr., the rest of the yeast is added to the dough.
For now, as far as the moon is up to you, I don't even know if (in my conditions) I can achieve such beauty.
