Mixed Mexicano 50 g
Serum 280 g
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Oil 1 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1.75 tsp
Panifarin 1.5 tbsp. l.
Powdered milk 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Kneading on the "Pizza" mode 25 min, proofing for 2 hours, baking in a cast-iron pan 30 min under the lid + 20 without

Note

It turned out that there is a little "Borodino" and a little "Mexicano", in general, neither this nor that ... But it’s a pity to throw it away, and they will not give an independent taste in the available quantity.
Even when baking, I realized by the aroma that it would turn out to be very tasty! And so it happened !!
