Chicken fillet baked in a sleeve in the oven

Ingredients

Chicken breast (fillet) 400 gr.
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Mustard sauce with grain mustard 1 tbsp. l.
Herb mix 1 tsp
Pepper mix 1/2 tsp
Sea salt 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Prepare the pickling sauce. Add olive oil, mustard sauce with grain mustard, a mixture of herbs, a mixture of peppers, sea salt to the sour cream and mix everything.
  • Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into wide plates 1.5-2 cm thick, brush with the prepared sauce and leave to marinate in a sealed container in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Place the chicken fillet in a 2-layer baking sleeve or overlap. Fix the edges of the sleeves with the ties included in the kit. Make several punctures in the baking sleeve on top. Bake on a baking sheet at 180-190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve with herbs and fresh vegetables.
