Lazy dumplings in vegetable sauce

Ingredients

Minced meat (I have pork) 500 g
Cream 10% 7 tbsp. l. *
Pelmeni dough 300 g
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Bulb onions 2 pcs
Garlic 1 tooth
Small marrow 1 PC
Small eggplant 1 PC
Small red pepper 2 pcs
Fresh tomatoes or in their own juice 300 g
Parsley 1 \ 2 bundles
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • For the sauce, peel all the vegetables, remove the skin from the tomato. I used canned tomatoes in my own juice (along with the liquid). Cut into cubes.
  • Fry onion and garlic passed through a press in hot oil until soft. Add the rest of the vegetables in succession: pepper, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes. Fry, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes. I cooked in the Shteba pressure cooker, Vegetables mode, pressure 0.7, 5 minutes.
  • Chop the parsley. Add stewed vegetables, beat with a blender. without fanaticism, so that the pieces remain.
  • Prepare minced meat by passing the meat through a meat grinder. I use Meat grinder CASO FW 2000
  • Season the minced meat to taste, add cream.
  • * The amount depends on the consistency of the minced meat, it should not be dry. Knead the minced meat actively with a spoon.
  • Unroll the dumplings. I am using a dough sheet.
  • Put the minced meat on the dough, roll it up, cut into pieces, 4-5 cm thick. Flatten with your hands and put in a heat-resistant form. oiled, at a distance from each other. Put the sauce on top.
  • Lazy dumplings in vegetable sauce
  • Cook in an oven preheated to 200C for 30 minutes.
  • Serve the dumplings hot.

  • Tasty, satisfying, aromatic and even useful in places! We really enjoyed. Next time I will use homemade preparations for the sauce. I will mix eggplants, tomatoes, zucchini.
  • Alternatively, you can use pasta instead of dough. Just stir the pasta, minced meat, sauce. It seems to me that it should also be tasty and absolutely lazy!)

Once upon a time, back in the last millennium (imagine how long ago) I came to Chicago for a visit, and the owners asked me to cook something from old dishes, well, these were lazy dumplings (my mother called them that).

Ksenia, beauty! I love these dumplings because of my laziness.
I'm frying in a slow cooker, great! Even in some magazine I found them called Gusariki there they are stewed in layers and potatoes go to the bottom layer, then these dumplings and vegetables on top. Mine said without potatoes more interesting.
