Cooking method

  • These buns appeared due to the fact that we sell the Italian sparkling wine Lambrusco. There are many varieties, but I liked it, semi-sweet. We sell three types of this series: white, pink and red. The wine is aromatic and very pleasant. The name of the buns is the name of the wine. You can, of course, use any sparkling wine.
  • So, on the buns, I used pink:

  • Prepare the dough: mix the ingredients and wait 5-10 minutes for the foam to appear.
  • This time I used a bread maker to knead the dough. We put all the ingredients in order, except for the oil. We put the oil after the start of the kneading.
  • When the program is over, take out the dough and divide it into 16 pieces. We round each piece, and then roll it into a "flagellum" and form a spiral. After that, cut in random order with scissors. We put on proofing. I defrosted in the oven, heated to 30 degrees and turned off. As soon as the buns have increased in size, grease with warm milk and sugar and bake until golden brown at 160 degrees with convection.
