Cabbage cutlets

Ingredients

fresh cabbage
wheat flour 4-5 st. l.
egg 2 pcs.
salt, seasoning taste
sunflower oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
sour cream 150 g
water 100 g
carrot 1 PC.
onion 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Finely chop a small head of cabbage and grind with salt and seasoning, so that the juice comes out and the cabbage becomes soft. Add eggs to the grated cabbage and mix the flour. Take minced cabbage with a tablespoon and fry in hot oil. Grate the carrots and thinly cut the onion into half rings and fry a little. Put a layer of cutlets in the dishes where the cutlets will be stewed, and on top of the carrots and onions, and again a layer of cutlets and again a layer of carrots and onions, (preferably no more than two layers, otherwise the cutlets can stick together) pour everything with sour cream mixed with water and set to stew in the oven for twenty minutes.

The recipe is old from the time of "stagnation" again from a notebook, then there was almost no Internet. Maybe someone will like this version of cabbage cutlets, I will be glad. The cutlets are very tender, melting in the mouth, if not for the layer of carrots and onions, they would stick together, and so onions and carrots go as a side dish.

Delicious cutlets!
The description is voluminous and the preparation is very quick.
Yesterday I did it using 1 cauldron, 2 plates and a shredder with two nozzles. Chopped carrots and onions. While they were fried in a cauldron, I made cabbage dough. I put the onions and carrots into a plate and fried the cutlets in the same cauldron. I laid out the frying on top, poured it with sour cream and put it in the oven in the same dish.
Since the family is small, I did half the rate. The cutlets settled down in one layer and extinguished perfectly.
