That is, you do not need to turn the casserole?
I just bought Phillips for breakfast at the El Dorado sale just yesterday.
I baked a carrot cake from a booklet, I realized that I had to turn it over, otherwise the bottom would burn. So far, I am a very insecure user, so I decided to ask again.
Sedne
brendabaker, there you need to set the temperature, as I understand it, you did not change the temperature, but there the temperature is 160, which is a lot for pies. Try to put 130 for carrot next time.

Sedne,
Svetlanka thanks for the casserole .....

Sedne,
I understood, thank you, by analogy with my old cartoons, I turn it over there and then I decided.

Thanks for the recipe! We bought this slow cooker the other day at a sale in Eldorado, now we are experimenting. There was a third attempt at casserole today. We decided to focus on your recipe :) Soaked semolina for about an hour and a half. Rose well. And you have risen to the lid with this amount of ingredients ?!
Sedne
Yulentsia, 1 time rose, you can see the trace in the photo, and 2 times did not rise so high or fell out, did not immediately look, but still delicious.

Sedne, yesterday I made it again according to the original recipe, from 2 packs of Bliss. The ogogo got up, imprinted itself on the lid :) And then settled in half. Delicious! And before that I made it from soft Belarusian cottage cheese - I didn't really like it, it turned out to be wet ...I see you changed the mode a little and reduced the amount of curd. This probably gave a more "souffle" consistency, no? I like plump casseroles ..
Sedne
Yulentsia, yes, in variant 2, a more tender casserole, ala soufflé.
