Pizza Eternal classic with ham and mushrooms

Ingredients

Dough:
wheat flour 300 g
yeast 5 g
sugar 1/2 tsp
warm water 125 g
olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
salt 1/2 tsp
Sauce:
tomatoes in their own juice (cut) 1 can
garlic 1-2 tooth
Provencal or Italian herbs pinch
salt, sugar taste
Filling:
ham 200 g
Champignon 7-8 pcs
olives 1/2 cans
cheese 200 g

Cooking method

  • I make the pizza dough on a dough, it turns out to be very tender with a crispy crust.
  • I mix yeast with water, sugar and 50-70 g of flour, cover and let the dough come up. When the dough comes up, mix the remaining flour with olive oil, salt and dough. Knead and let it fit well.

  • For the sauce, chop the garlic and lightly fry it in vegetable oil, add the tomatoes and boil it slightly, add salt, sugar and herbs for 2-3 minutes until the end of cooking. Let it cool.

  • For the filling, cut the ham and mushrooms into small thin slices, cut the olives into slices, and grate the cheese. The filling can be any cheese, it gives the pizza a varied taste. For example: sometimes we make it with mozzarella and sometimes with sausage cheese. And the cheese mixture will be even more interesting.

  • We form a pizza from the dough, grease it with sauce, spread the filling evenly: from the beginning ham, then mushrooms, olives, and sprinkle with cheese on top.

  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, at a temperature of 200 C.

Of course, everyone knows this pizza, and I have not invented the bicycle, but for 7 years now, not one of my daughter's birthdays has been without this pizza. This is her favorite pizza. Sometimes it seems to me that she is waiting for pizza more than cake. It all started with the fact that on our next birthday, we decided to bake pizza for all the other sweets and mischiefs. All the ingredients have been prepared earlier: the dough is kneaded and set to fit, the sauce is prepared and the filling is chopped. All that remained was to collect the pizza and bake. The program of the children's party was as follows, first a bowling alley, then a park with all its attractions (fortunately, we have it across the road), and only then a feast at home with relatives, grandmothers, grandfathers, aunts and uncles. Well, the children played bowling, jumped, ran and dashed in the park, came home. I quickly rolled out the dough and, in order not to bother, made a pizza on a baking sheet. I cut the finished pizza into squares and wanted to put it on plates as I was called to help wipe the milk. While taking out salads and snacks from the refrigerator, someone accidentally dropped a bag of milk, and it leaked in the refrigerator and dripped onto the floor. When I returned to the kitchen (the refrigerator is in the corridor), I stood in bewilderment for a minute, and then I just laughed, because instead of pizza there were several mushrooms and olives on the baking sheet. As I later found out, some of the children simply do not like champignons, and some did not like olives. Of course, I didn't swear, children are children, all the more hungry, but since then I have been making two baking sheets for my birthday so that everyone has enough.
