Chicken breast with eggplant and mushrooms, stewed in cream

Ingredients

Chicken breast 1 piece
Large eggplants 3-4 pieces
Mushrooms 400-500 grams
Bulb onions 2-3 pieces
Salt taste
Cream 10% 200 ml

Cooking method

  • Bake eggplants, peel, cut into slices.
  • Boil the mushrooms, chop the large ones.
  • Cut the breast into small pieces.
  • Grind the beam.
