Ingredients

minced meat (I have chicken) 1000 gram
bun 150 grams
milk (or any dairy product) 150 grams
raw egg 1 piece
boiled egg 4-5 pieces
garlic 2 teeth
turnip onion 1 piece
ground black pepper taste
salt taste
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Make minced meat from the meat by adding garlic and onions.
  • Boil the eggs.
  • Soak a roll without crusts in milk, knead.
  • Add the roll, raw egg, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
  • Mix well and beat off a little.
  • Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes.
  • We take minced meat with wet hands, make a flat cake, put an egg in the middle, shape a cutlet.
  • I don’t panic because I don’t like it. Can be rolled in breadcrumbs.
  • Fry on both sides until golden brown over medium heat.
  • We reduce the fire, cover it with a lid and keep it under it for a couple of minutes.
  • Serve with a side dish or vegetables.
