Ingredients

Young chicken breast 2 fillets with skin
Salt, allspice and ground
Adyghe salt
Dill, cilantro and parsley

Cooking method

  • We continue to test the new grill. The other day, we came across tender young breasts bought in the METRO store, the label said that for baby food. The task was to cook them juicy and tender, but with a good golden brown crust.
  • Preparation
  • - Wash my breasts and cut 2 fillets with skin. We put the fillet in a bowl, pour one teaspoon on top of rock salt. Fill with water so that the breasts are completely covered. Let's chat a little so that the salt dissolves in the water. Add to the water a few peas of allspice and the stems from the herbs you don't need (I have parsley, cilantro, dill). Leave at room temperature for 2 hours.
  • - We fry the breasts. Heat up the grill at full power. We take out the breasts and dry them. Add a little Adyghe salt on top to give the breasts a little garlic flavor. If you want something spicy, you can sprinkle it with dry adjika or just black pepper.
  • Place the breasts skin side down on the grill grid area, close the lid and turn the dial down to position 3. Fry on each side for 8-9 minutes.
  • - On the adjacent panel, you can fry zucchini, cut into washers, 1.5 cm thick. White wine or apple juice can be added down between the grates to add flavor.
  • The breasts turned out to be very juicy, tender, cooked without excess fat. The grill is more and more happy. I am seriously thinking about finding a place for it for permanent use. A cooker hood is required when grilling.
