Ice water 80 gr.
For tomato sorbet:

Sweet paprika 0.5 tsp
Dark raisins (or dates) 15 gr.
Fresh grated ginger ½ teaspoon
To serve 1 serving:
Chinese sweet and sour sauce 2-3 st. l.
Rye croutons 2-3 pcs.
Sweet yellow pepper 5 gr.
Fresh cucumber 5 gr.
Basil leaves young
