Cooking method

  • I make these lazy ravioli rolls regularly. We have a lot of great recipes on our forum (lazy dumplings from Tanyulya, struuli from AnaSamai). I want to share my recipe, as it is very quick and easy.
  • Used a Bosch MUM86A1 combine. The dough was made based on the dough from Admin Tatiana, but without water and with salt. I put flour, salt and eggs into the bowl of the multimixer / shredder attachment (MUZ8MM1), chopped until crumbled. I gathered it into a ball, put it in a bag and put it aside. Now the filling: greens and feta cheese were placed in the same multi-mixer and chopped. I really love cilantro, but you can use any other. Spinach is very tasty in combination with feta cheese. It turned out to be such a pleasant mass.

  • The dough has settled down and can now be rolled out. Rolled with a lasagna attachment (MUZ8NV1). She rolled it to the thinnest condition (mark 9).

  • She spread the dough on the work surface, smoothed the filling over the surface, leaving one edge free. I smeared this edge with a brush dipped in water and tightly twisted a long roll. I cut the roll into small pieces.

  • She greased the mold with ghee and left a piece in the mold. I put the rolls in a mold, filled it with a mixture of water and sour cream. The cheese was a little salty, I did not add salt. I put the form in the Princess, turned it on and after 15 minutes got a very tasty, aromatic dish. It seems to me that I wrote longer than I cooked.

Note

The amount of this dough is enough for the noodles and these rolls. The noodles were cut on a spaghetti attachment (MUZ8NV3).

Olga, It took me half of the dough for a mold with a diameter of 24 cm. I still laid out freely. If a little denser and for the whole Princess, then all the dough will go away.

All the dough into three pieces - each rolled out on the Atlas 150 to 7 - then thinly minced, into rolls - and into the Princess. All three pieces have gone tyuta to tyuta! True, I cut these thin rolls 5 cm each - and put them in the PP on the pop. I smeared sour cream with a brush, poured a little boiling water - and from the cold for about 10 minutes, turned it off - and stood for another 10. The granddaughter smacked for a sweet soul!
