Ingredients

Biscuit:
Eggs 4 things.
Sugar 1 glass
Soda 0.5 tsp

Cocoa 1 tbsp. l.
Flour 1 glass
Cream:
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 1 glass
Vanilla sugar taste
Flour 3 tbsp. l. with a slide
Milk 1 glass
Butter 200 g
Cognac 2 tbsp. l.
Glaze:
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 1 tsp
Nuts 125 g

Cooking method

  • Biscuit:
  • Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the whites with salt, the yolks with sugar. Add baking soda, water (well, of course, I added whey!), Vanillin, cocoa, flour, whipped egg whites to the yolks, mix quickly and gently. Bake (I baked in a slow cooker), cool.
  • Cream:
  • Mix all the products for the cream, except for oil and cognac (well, of course, I poured whey instead of milk ...), cook in the microwave for 8-10 minutes at full power, stirring after three, five, seven, etc. minutes ... Cool, add oil, brandy, beat.
  • Assembly:
  • Put the cream in a thick-thick layer on the cake, send to the refrigerator, cool.
  • Glaze:
  • For the glaze, mix cocoa, sugar and sour cream, simmer for 2 minutes in the microwave, add coarsely chopped nuts and, for shine, butter. When it has cooled slightly, pour over the cake. Return it to the refrigerator and let it sit for at least 3 hours.
