Ingredients

Flour 300 g
Vegetable oil 100 ml
Water / whey 100 ml
Bulb onions 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Mix flour, oil and liquid (I was kneading in a bread maker), wrap the dough in foil and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour. (I salted the filling stronger, so the dough is without salt, like the author's; you can add salt to the dough, then stir the salt in the liquid.)
  • Finely chop the onion, fry in oil until golden brown, add the chopped greens. Season the egg with salt and pepper, pour into a frying pan with herbs, stir and remove from heat. (You can also add garlic and cheese. In general, the fillings can be varied: grated fried carrots, mushroom caviar, beetroot caviar ...)
  • Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll out thin cakes (it is plastic, rolls out well and does not stick to the table). Divide the greens on 4 cakes, cover with the remaining cakes and pinch the edges. (Here there is an acute desire to roll out the resulting cakes, but it is better to suppress it, and only gently pat the cakes with your palm. Well, you can trim the edges with a curly round knife, but this is not critical either.)
  • Fry in a preheated thick skillet, lightly greased with oil, without a lid over medium heat, fry quickly. It can also be in oil.
