Very nice bread, I wonder if you can bake it with a delay so that you can fold everything in the evening and get it in the morning?

I never baked on a delay, so I don't know

You can, just make sure that the yeast is on top and does not touch the liquid. I did this with a slightly different composition of bread. I will do this, I will specially try with a delay and I will report how it happened.

Yeah, Gal, tell me be sure! Doesn't rye flour turn sour overnight?
gala10
Lena, I did it with rye flour and wheat. Everything worked out great.
Elven
Clear. Why am I afraid to leave the stove unattended?
gala10
Lenochka, and involuntarily I often have to leave the devices turned on. So far, mmm, it has cost ...
Galleon-6
I do it on kefir and whey, it's good.

It's not even so much about electricity as about what happens. While the HP kneads, I constantly look inside - how is there a bun, like a stirrer (just once it almost jumped off, and once the bag with which I close the bucket on top was wound on the stirrer!). In short, it’s not at ease if I’m not around.

Linen, I really like breads on whey! But I didn’t like it on kefir, it’s some kind of sour, although I diluted it with water
