Christmas tree cupcakes

Ingredients

cupcakes
protein custard

Cooking method

  • "Fir-trees" from protein-custard cream.
  • Actually, we need the cupcakes themselves. This time I have peanut and strawberries.
  • Christmas tree cupcakes
  • And protein custard.
  • The cream will need white and green. For a white nozzle "hole", the diameter is convenient for someone, I have mm 4, probably.

  • For the green nozzle, there is an open asterisk, also mm 4 for me.
  • Christmas tree cupcakes
  • We set aside the "snowdrift")))
  • Christmas tree cupcakes
  • Then pour "snow" - coconut flakes
  • Christmas tree cupcakes
  • Next, we take a green bag and make a kind of trunk. Of course, you can use blanks or corn sticks, but I didn't have them.)
  • Christmas tree cupcakes
  • making the first row of branches
  • Christmas tree cupcakes
  • second and so on.

Thank you, my dear - it seems like nothing complicated, but I wouldn't do it myself in my life
Elena Tim

Mom Tanya, thank you, I already drove away and looked ...
I will not master it! I will absolutely fail. Everything that is connected with such "dances with a tambourine" is definitely not for me. If only the hands grew from another, correct, place, yes, but so ... I'll just translate the products.
Eh ...

Linen, cook Wet meringue
Elena Tim
Oh thanks, Alyon! I think I can handle this!

Elena TimThis flax will definitely work out, even I can do it

Christmas tree cupcakes

ElenaSta
but it seems to me that wet meringue is much more complicated than regular custard protein. standing all in soap over this bath, tormenting the mixer ...
for me, he threw in sugar and water - the syrup is cooked, then he poured the whipped proteins in and again sit and wait.
kil
ElenaSta, so you did from 2 proteins? For me, pouring boiling sugar syrup into proteins is much more difficult, and then you still need to knead them over a bowl of cold water until they cool down, the time is the same, but the danger to life is "wet" easier.

Aha! Also keep track of the syrup ... And cook it properly ... Nooo. MB rules !!!!!
ElenaSta
yes, nope, everything is much easier for me.
I take a cartoon, pour sugar there and pour boiling water. then I separate the proteins, prepare the mixer. all!
I turn on the cartoon for the "soup" program. she cooks exactly as much as needed, there the sensor stands for overheating))) and she is cut down. I only pour the lemon in 5 minutes. at the same time I turn on the mixer, while the syrup is boiling, the proteins will beat.
well, then I pour the syrup in a slow-moving trickle, the mixer to the max, and again I sit waiting while he winds everything on the walls for me.
why is it easier? I'm not standing guard)))

of course, did))) why cold water ??
and in time I have a syrup maximum time of 10 minutes, together with boiling, and then beat another 10 minutes max. for 2 squirrels in general, in 5 minutes, whips.))

And how many minutes does "soup" appear on your cartoon? And maybe you know what the temperature is in this mode?
ElenaSta
kil, cartoon marucci. Soup 1 hour. Well, that's how much the temperature didn't even measure. It is cut down clearly.
kil
ElenaSta, i.e. the syrup is cooked for an hour?

Then the cartoon itself is cut down, the sensors for overheating are triggered))

what a beauty !!!

Delightful Christmas trees !!!
Irina.
ElenaSta, the Christmas trees are wonderful.
I also love protein custard. And I can't dare to make a wet meringue, although all the time I think what needs to be done / learned. But it's somehow tense for me to stand at the stove and beat. And I cook the syrup in a ladle on a stove with a thermometer, so there is no problem to cook and pouring from the ladle is convenient for me.

Elena, or you can take a picture of the cream, when it is ready, in the mixer bowl. I beat for 4 squirrels, but 5 minutes after pouring the syrup. Maybe I don’t whip it up, since I have cream off the walls? Thick, but not along the walls, without a hole in the middle.
It's interesting about cooking in a cartoon. I understood correctly - pour sugar with water, turn on the cartoon on "Soup", after 5 minutes pour the lemon and cook until it is turned off? And then immediately pour into the proteins, not cool a little?
ElenaSta
Divna, lu_estrada, Irina., thanks girls))

Irina., ok, next. Once I take a picture) it seems to me that you beat a little, because for 3 squirrels, I beat for 10 minutes.
on the cartoon - got it right. cool - I don't cool, I grab it right away and pour in)
Irina.
ElenaSta, thanks, I'll wait. And I will try to cook the syrup in a cartoon, then I will measure the temperature of the finished syrup.

And with oil do not want? Of course, my beauty is not as beautiful as Lena's (bravo, Lena), but less difficult.
Natkamor
thanks for the idea. made with whipped cream. everyone was impressed) fast, hassle-free, easy decoration. thanks again
ElenaSta
Irina., speshal fo yu)))
here it is completely in the rim and on the walls
🔗
here I already plucked it out of the whisk and scraped it off the walls

Irina.
ElenaSta, thanks for the photo.
Now I understand what consistency should be. The other day I whipped 3 squirrels and whipped longer in time and the cream turned out to be thick, like in your photo.
ElenaSta
Irina.,
