  • Bring milk to a boil and dissolve 50 grams of chocolate, cool. Sift flour and mix with baking powder, cocoa and half of the starch. Beat butter with sugar until fluffy, add eggs one at a time, beating each time. we combine flour, butter and cooled chocolate-milk mixture.

  • We bake in an oven preheated to 200g for 25 minutes (I baked for 20 minutes). We release the muffins from the form, wait until they cool down (I had them overnight in a covered container) and cut them in half. Lubricate with confiture. Melt the remaining 200 g of chocolate in a water bath, coat each muffin well on all sides, put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes, distribute the remaining chocolate on top of the muffins. Chocolate-chocolate treat!
