  • SUP mode 07 x 1 hour 39 minutes.
  • It turns out baked milk, as if simmering it for a long time in the oven. There are even warblers.
  • The milk must be very fresh.

Note

After cooling down to 38 * C, you can ferment to obtain fermented baked milk. Ryazhenka is very tasty.
The milk is necessarily very fresh.
Be sure to let the pressure equalize on its own. Open after the pressure cooker is unlocked.
You can make 2 liters of milk. I haven't tried three yet.
