Brisket on the PP program at Cuckoo 1051

Ingredients

Pork brisket
spice
salt
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Brisket on the PP program at Cuckoo 1051
  • I washed the pieces of brisket, dried it with a paper towel, sprinkled it with salt and spices.
  • Can be pickled in soy sauce and spices or any favorite marinade. I left it for an hour, preferably more, overnight.
  • I added some vegetable oil to the multicooker bowl, turned on the program frying Level 3 and fried the brisket pieces on all sides until golden brown.
  • She turned off the program, closed the multicooker and turned on the PP program (manual mode) for 1.5 hours, maybe 2 hours.
  • After the end of the program, leave the meat in the multicooker until it cools completely, then rub it a little with garlic, wrap it in foil and put it in the refrigerator.
  • Usually I do this in the evening and by the morning, delicious, tender meat for a sandwich is ready.
