Wheat pumpkin-curd bread in a bread maker

Ingredients

dry yeast (saf-moment) 4.5 g (1.5 tsp)
wheat flour c. from. 400 g
pumpkin puree 150 g
pasty cottage cheese 150 g
milk 30-80 g
salt 7 g (1.25 tsp)
sugar 30 g (2 tbsp. L)
butter 25 g
vegetable oil 15 g

Cooking method

  • Cut the pumpkin into cubes and cook in the microwave or double boiler. From a piece weighing 275 grams (weight without peel and seeds), I got 150 grams of finished pumpkin puree. Drain excess water, if any. Purée the pumpkin.
  • Send yeast, flour, pumpkin puree, cottage cheese (room temperature), salt, sugar, vegetable and butter, 30 grams of milk to the bucket of the bread machine. Mode - Basic bread.
  • Add the remaining milk as needed in small portions during the first batch. It took me 80 grams of milk (total) to get a soft, non-sticky dough.
  • Put the finished bread on a wire rack and cool.
