The proportion is given for 1 half-mold. The roof fell off a bit, as it took too hot water to melt the butter. And you need to do this - melt 1.5 tbsp in 50 ml of hot water. l. butter, add 150 ml of cold water. Pour the mixture into a mold. Add sugar. Then add wheat flour, semolina, whole grain flour, salt and yeast to the hole. Sectional bread:
