Chicken curry soup

Ingredients

coconut milk 1 liter
yellow curry paste 2 tbsp. spoons
chicken breast 1 piece
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Prepare coconut milk. I gave the recipe here If you don't have a soy machine, you can buy milk from the store and heat it to a boil. (True, in this case it will be much more expensive).
  • 2. While the milk is boiling, remove the skin from the chicken breast and cut the meat into strips across the grain.
  • 3. Pour coconut milk into a saucepan, add curry paste, sugar, salt and whisk.
  • 4. Bring to a boil and add the chicken breast (stir immediately to prevent the meat from sticking together). Cook for 10 minutes. Try (add salt if necessary). Done!

Note

At first I made a recipe from a can of Aroy D curry paste, but there is too much curry and I cut the amount by about half. Sugar began to be added on the advice of a girl living in Thailand.

In order for exactly 1 liter of milk to come out when cooking in a "soy cow", you need 1100 ml of water. Part of the water remains in the cake.

PS You can add boiled shrimp there, at the very end. This is an "amateur".
