  • A variation on the theme "Mustard and honey cakes" by the author of Omela. I was intrigued by the recipe - I tried to adapt it for my bread machine - I counted 1 kg per loaf. And everything worked out! But instead of clean water I took water and milk. The essence of adaptation: no dough, dissolve honey and butter in hot water, pour into a mold, add mustard oil, salt (reduced relative to the original recipe), milk (do not heat!), Flour and yeast from above into the hole as usual. The mode is basic. If after the end of kneading the dough turns out to be unevenly distributed in shape - trim. Mode - basic, color - medium, loaf - 1000. It turned out very tasty - moderately rich and satisfying.
