Two cabbages with potatoes and homemade sausage in Brand 6050

Ingredients

Fresh cabbage 600gr
Sauerkraut 200gr
Potatoes 4 things
Onion 2 pcs
Carrot 1 PC
Tomatoes 2
Sausage optional

Cooking method

  • The simplest, very tasty, and now, if you have your favorite pots, it is not a troublesome dish.
  • Peel the onions, carrots, cut, pour a little oil into Brand 6050, set the program for frying meat.
  • While the vegetables are roasting, chop up fresh cabbage and add it to the vegetables.
  • Peel a few potatoes, cut them, add to the cabbage. Stir occasionally.
  • Add tomatoes and just a little water so that it doesn't burn.
  • While all the vegetables are slightly stewed, fry the sausage (mine is self-made) in a skillet.
  • Add to the pan. Add sauerkraut, salt, mix, cover with a lid.
  • Porridge program 8 minutes.
  • This dish can be eaten as a separate dish, I served it with sausages.
  • It turned out very tasty and fast.
