Ingredients

Potatoes 3-4 pcs
Bulb onions 1 PC
Carrot 1 PC
Pike 1 PC
Celery root, 583 g 1-2 pcs
Bay leaf, 17 g 3-4 pcs
Black peppercorns in a mill, 195 taste
Allspice peas 4-5 pcs
Himalayan pink salt in a mill, 330 g. taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Peel the vegetables. Chop the carrots coarsely, the onion into 4-6 pieces.
  • 2. Heat together in a frying pan with a minimum amount of vegetable oil.
  • 3. Peel the fish, separate the head, cut into large pieces.
  • 4. Pour cold water into a saucepan, put carrots, onions and fish there.
  • 5. Put the saucepan on medium heat, add spices and cook covered for 40-50 minutes, periodically removing the resulting foam.
  • 6. Then strain the broth by removing the fish.
  • 7. Coarsely chop the potatoes, put them in broth, season with salt, add black pepper, cook until tender.
  • 8. Put the fish in the soup, let it boil and cook for another 5 minutes.
