Ingredients
Cherry juice *	1 liter
Dry red wine (can be excluded)	200 ml
Apple	1/2 pcs.

Honey or brown sugar (optional)	1-2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

• Wash the apple and orange thoroughly and pour over with boiling water.
• Cut the apple into wedges or cubes.
• Cut the orange together in the peel into segments.
• Put chopped fruits and spices into the multicooker bowl. Pour in juice and wine.
• 
• If sugar is used, it must be added immediately. It is better to add honey to taste directly into the glass. We didn't sweeten the cocktail at all.
• Install MANUAL mode in two steps:
• 1 - temperature 95 * C, time 15 minutes;
• 2 - temperature 70 * C, time 15 minutes.
• For the first 15 minutes, the contents of the bowl are heated to the so-called. "haze", since it is better not to boil hot alcoholic drinks with spices. And the second 15 minutes, the cocktail is infused, filled with aromas and taste.
• After the signal, the cocktail can be drained, or you can pour it into glasses with pieces of fruit, decorate in any way and enjoy a warming, aromatic, low-alcohol drink.

* from the name it follows that you need cherry juice to make this cocktail. But we tried to cook it from a mixture: cherry, apple, black currant. It turns out no less tasty. Therefore, experiment!
