Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into a 3/3 cm piece and mix with salt and pepper (let it marinate for about 20 minutes while the rest is cleaned and cut). If it is very dry, we pour prunes with warm water, and if they are damp, we just wash them. Cut the potatoes into a 2 \ 2 cm cube (or parallelepiped). Cut the onion in half rings, chop the garlic with a knife.

  • Pour oil into the pan, place the meat and turn on the STEWING mode. (If in another multitask, it is better to turn on the FRYING mode.)

  • Stir occasionally. After 7-10 minutes, add the onion and garlic.

  • Still stir periodically, after another 10 minutes add the paste and stir.
