Orange-chocolate muffins

Ingredients

Flour 260 g
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt 0.25 tsp
Ground almonds 80 g
Ground cinnamon 0.25 tsp
Sugar 80 g
Chocolate 50 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Remove the zest from the orange with a grater. Squeeze out the juice.
  • 2. Whisk together juice, zest, eggs, oil.
  • 3. Sift flour into a cup, add baking powder, salt, ground almonds, cinnamon, sugar.
  • 4. Combine dry and liquid ingredients, mix with a whisk.
  • 5. Divide half of the dough into tins.
  • 6. Melt the chocolate, mix with the remaining dough.
  • 7. Place the chocolate dough on top of the white dough.
  • 8. Bake at 180 C for 20-25 minutes.
