Duck legs baked in Madeira

Ingredients

duck legs 4 things
carrots (medium) 1 PC
Madeira 150 ml
soy sauce 1 tbsp
balsamic cream 1 tsp
olive oil 1 tbsp
mixture of spices "Ras el-khanut" 1-2 h l

Cooking method

  • 1. On the bottom of the baking dish, place the carrots, cut into circles. Grate the duck legs with spices and place on top. Combine Madeira, soy sauce, balsamic cream, olive oil and pour into a mold.
  • 2. Put in an oven preheated to 180C for about an hour, periodically pouring the resulting sauce over the legs.

Note

The legs are tender, very fragrant. Try it, you won't regret it!
