Ingredients

Sugar 25 g
Cocoa 10 g

Cooking method

  • For brewing, pour boiling water into flour, stir until smooth, cool to 37C.
  • For a chatterbox, heat milk with sugar to 37C, add flour, yeast, beat. Leave on for 20 minutes.
  • Extract the grains from the cardamom, grind in a mortar, sift.
  • For dough, mix all ingredients (except oil) on low speed for 3 minutes.
  • Add oil, knead until smooth for 7 minutes.
  • Fold the dough in an envelope, grease with butter, put in a greased container, cover and leave in a warm place for 60 minutes. I have a Brand multicooker, Dough mode.
  • Then knead the dough, divide into 14 pieces of 65 g each, form a ball from each, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
  • For the filling, mix the cheese with sugar and cocoa.
  • Roll each ball into a cake, put in the middle for 1 hour. l. fillings, pinch the edges, shape a bun, place on a baking sheet with the seam down. Cover and leave at 28C for 45 minutes.
  • Brush with milk, sprinkle with sugar before baking.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C until golden brown. The exact time depends on your oven. I have 30 minutes.
