Ingredients

Milk 250 ml
Cream 200 ml
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 150 g
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
Vanillin 10 g

Cooking method

  • Time set 60 minutes.
  • When the device was turned on, the display showed +19 degrees. After 4.5 minutes, the temperature dropped to zero and after about 2.5 minutes to -24.
  • Ice cream, immediately after turning off the device, without cooling mode.
  • The ice cream was the right consistency to eat
