Ice cream "Nutella"

Nutella Ice Cream

Ingredients

Milk 300 ml
Cream 33% 150 ml
Egg 2 pcs.
Sugar 70 g
Powdered milk 25 g
Chocolate paste 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Separate the yolks from the whites.
  • Beat milk, yolks, sugar, milk powder and simmer over low heat.
  • When the mixture has cooled, add the chocolate mass, pour in the whipped egg whites and cream.
  • Beat everything again and pour into an ice cream maker.

Nutella Ice Cream

Ingredients:
milk 150ml
cocoa powder 4 tbsp. l
powdered milk 4 tbsp. l.
flour 2 tbsp. l.
vanilla sugar 10g
sugar 100g
nuts 100g
butter 150g

Cooking method:
Fry the nuts, chop as small as possible, almost to flour.
Dissolve milk powder, sugar, cocoa, flour in milk, put nuts. Put the mixture in a water bath or over low heat. I have a milk cooker for that.
When the mixture thickens, remove from heat, add butter, give
melt the butter, stir and pour hot into a container in which the paste will be stored.
