Pork knuckle 1 kg
Bulb onions 1 PC
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Garlic 1 head
Basil dry 1 tbsp. l.
Water 250g
Salt, pepper and spices taste

Cooking method

  • Rinse the shank, make deep cuts in it and stuff with straws from half the head of garlic.
  • Whisk onion and remaining garlic in a blender until mushy. Add salt, vegetable oil, basil and any spices to the meat.
  • Rub the shank with this gruel and leave to marinate overnight.
  • Then put the shank in the multicooker bowl, pour water over it.
  • Close the lid and set the BROKEN program for 4 hours. (the knuckle was not ready) Well, ready, but not as I wanted ... I like the meat to fall from the bones ...
  • Then I set the MULTIPOOK program for 1 hour, the temperature was set to 125g.
  • Then she drained the liquid and poured oil into the bowl. I installed the Fry program and put it on for 30 minutes.
  • I fried the knuckle on both sides.
  • To say that it turned out very tasty is to say nothing! This is awesome !!!
